🧠 Key Responsibilities
As part of this role, you’ll:

Provide ongoing technical support for both production and development systems

Perform L1 and L2-level troubleshooting across various software and hardware systems

Implement technology at the OS level for servers and networks

Offer hands-on support for specific vendor software and systems
-
Work collaboratively across teams to resolve escalations and ensure service uptime

Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for your assigned platforms
